This contemporary hotel is ideally located in the city centre, right in the heart of the historic centre of Valencia, otherwise known as Ciutat Vella. Set on Plaza de Margarita Valldaura, this elegant building is a two-minute walk from the bustling Plaça de la Reina, a lively square with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops to explore.
Step out of the hotel doors and you’ll stumble across historic buildings and mediaeval lanes, with the impressive Valencia Cathedral just three minutes away. Walk a bit further and you’ll come across the gothic-style Quart Towers, and if you follow the scent of fresh paella, you’ll end up at the nearby Central Market, decorated with colourful tiles and offering a diverse range of local produce; from tapas, fruit and veg, to seafood, meats and cheeses – it’s all going on.
Back at your contemporary base, the elegant building houses comfortable and spacious rooms and suites. The wooden beams in the ceilings and exposed brickwork on the walls give a nod to the history of the building, but modern amenities and a minimalist décor create a welcoming, calming retreat after a day out sightseeing, beaching, and gorging on Spanish delicacies.
In all of the rooms and suites here, you can expect free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a flatscreen TV, a coffee machine, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you’re peckish, the hotel has a vending machine to keep you going, and if you fancy whizzing around the city on two wheels, you can pick up a bike or electric scooter from the 24-hour reception – now that’s convenient.
