"Location was ok - Ruzaf is an area full of bars and has great appeal to mostly under 30s. Was a large number of stag/hen groups having fun but we saw no issues with this at all.
Apart from bars there's very little else around there and we struggled at first to find quality eateries.
It is very busy at night but with a good atmosphere - but very quiet and underwhelming during the day. It's not attractive and there is no green space just a bald, small park next to a very busy road..
It's about a 15 min walk to the bull ring and from there you can access the old town.
The traffic fumes were bad.
The hotel was a bit of a shock. The photos of the rooms make them look far more attractive than we found them. They all have huge mirrors obviously to make them appear a great deal larger than they are!
The rooms our group had were very cramped and very basic.
To have a double bed that can only be accessed from one side as the other is pushed up against the wall to allow door access is not acceptable.
Everything about the hotel seemed extremely tired and it was all in need of an upgrade.
The rooms are adequate and clean but a bit depressing.
There's no bar area and the reception area is quite gloomy. Seating was very limited but its not somewhere you'd want to hang about in anyhow.
Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
The staff were v very nice and extremely helpful.
This hotel is more like a cheap hostel but to be frank our group all said we wished we had paid just a little more and enjoyed a better quality hotel rather than something that didn't enhance our holiday at all."
