Novotel Valencia Lavant

"We had a great stay for our first ever visit to Valencia. The hotel is very well located, being close to the centre of the city with all the main sights within a 20-30 min walk or accessible easily via public transit. The shopping mall and food court next to the hotel made everything extremely convenient as well. The hotel itself seems to have been renovated not too long ago as the rooms are nicely updated and modern. They are on the smaller side for sure but they do the trick for a shorter stay. The rooftop pool and restaurant are amazing and definitely worth visiting. We didn't have any luck with getting early check in so it's important to keep in mind if you are coming in on an early flight. We thought that with such a large property they could accommodate us a few hours earlier than the 3 pm check in but we were told it wasn't possible. On the other hand, they did give us a one hour later check out time which was appreciated. Overall we had a lovely stay."

"Stayed at Novotel Valencia recently and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. The rooms are quite small, with very limited storage — nowhere practical to hang clothes or properly place a suitcase, which makes even a short stay feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very poor and heavily focused on cheap carbohydrates like bread and pastries. There were virtually no proper protein options — no fish, no Greek yogurt, just a yogurt substitute instead. The hot food was also disappointing — even something as simple as a fried egg wasn’t done properly, often overcooked, burnt, and served cold. There was very little variety overall: only two types of cheese, a few types of processed meats, and some dry, tasteless vegetables. It felt like a very basic and low-effort offering rather than a proper hotel breakfast."

"Good breakfast and clean room. Good bed linen and bed. The staff were very nice and helpful! The room was well equipped. The hotel is located right next to the Turia metro station. Short walk and metro connection to the city center. If you come from the airport by metro, you have to change at A Guimera station."
