Novotel Valencia Lavant

"Prior to arrival, I requested booking modifications. No response was ever provided and nothing was taken into account. Upon arrival, the welcome was purely functional, with no recognition of status, no welcome message, no personalization and no priority. The experience felt more like an administrative process than hospitality. Loyalty benefits did not work: welcome drinks were not available (even for water or coffee), and bar/restaurant consumptions had to be paid on site as they are not integrated into the hotel. On Sunday morning, breakfast was refused at 7:25 am because the service was not yet open, forcing us to have breakfast outside the hotel. Despite clearly expressing dissatisfaction, it was impossible to speak with a manager or quality manager. No follow-up, no questions, no interest in understanding the issues. Finally, no invoice or detailed bill was provided at check-out. The room itself was correct, but small. Overall, the team shows a clear lack of customer orientation. For a newly opened Novotel, this experience is far below the standards expected from the Accor group."

Noor brought such warmth and positive energy to every interaction, and it really set the tone for the stay. You can tell the whole team takes pride in creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Novotel Valencia gets it exactly right. We left with great memories and would happily return."

"We stayed 3 nights at Novotel Valencia Lavant just between Xmas day and New Year. The hotel location is very convenient for public transport, both for airport and the town center. Reception staff were very helpful, specially Sergio who was patent answering my questions and gave us suggestions for sight-seeing, public transport and restaurant. Thank you! The breakfast was very good, even providing Cava and fresh made omelet if you ask. Room is small but packed. Cleaning needs improvement, noticed dust on shelves and hair on the floor. We did not use the SkyBar, and Gym. The roof pool was closed in winter."
