NH Valencia Las Ciencias

"This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences. Likewise, it is a few minutes by car from the port, or the center. The hotel has the required conditions for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, there is space to store some luggage, and the bathroom is reasonably equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, but with the challenge of correctly setting a temperature that keeps the room cool, as the beds have quite warm bedding. Buffet breakfast, varied and wonderful, with a wide schedule. The negative part is the size of the rooms and the bathroom. They have everything required, but just barely in size. The room has space to store luggage, but only for one or two days. The bathroom accommodates one person well, but without much extra room. If there are children, or people with mobility issues, the room or bathroom space is not suitable for a wheelchair or a walker for the elderly. We requested a double bed and had two single beds. The problem is that the way they make the bed makes them not as comfortable as they could be."

"A very simple and expensive hotel that also dares to charge for an early check-in when arriving after 12:00 (the 15:00 check-in time seems like a bad joke from hotels). The condition of the facilities is very simple, bordering on stale. Only interesting if you want to be close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Otherwise, it is better to avoid it."

"A hotel not to repeat. They put us in a room with minimal space and an absolutely insufficient bathroom. They make you pay in advance. My advice is that you ask to see the room first. We were in number 613, which seems to be the auxiliary room for family trips, it was connected through a door to the adjoining room which also leads to zero soundproofing. Maybe two small children will fit, but it is by no means suitable for two adults. The joke cost us between the room and parking for 1 night nearly €170. The hotel's only explanation is that the website lists the dimensions of the rooms, it's a pity that when making the reservation they don't indicate what type of room you are going to end up in."
