"Excellent service, accommodations, and staff. Great restaurant with a diverse and tasty array of food for all times of day. All staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming, professional, competent. Great to have custom pillows and Nespresso coffeemaker and water in the room. Good location, too."

"My partner and I had visited Spain on many occasions but had never been to Valencia so when we decided to book a short break finding a hotel was a case of relying on other people’s experiences. After much searching we decided to book the Hotel Helen Berger which seemed to have all the right positive reviews. After a delayed flight we eventually arrived there at 1am some 3 hours later than expected however the friendliness show to us by Valerio who checked us in at such a late hour was so good. He assured us that it was no problem and that the bar would stay open so we could still get a drink and chill out. During our stay all of the staff went out of their way to help in anyway they could especially Ikram who was so helpful when it came to finding our way around the city and anything else we needed. The Hotel itself was always busy and the restaurant especially which was popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Overall we couldn’t recommend the Hotel Helen Berger anymore except for saying that it you are looking for a hotel that is central to everything that Valencia has to offer plus the warmest of welcomes then look no further than the Hotel Helen Berger you really won’t be disappointed."

"This stay has made us want to stay with Room Mate Collection hotels from now on! We had such a great experience, especially because of the amazing service provided by Ikram. We actually loved the hotel so much that we were even considering changing our other hotel in Madrid to a Room Mate, if possible! We were travelling with a toddler with severe allergies, and the staff at breakfast and the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and helpful when it came to her food. It made such a difference to us as parents and made us feel really looked after. The hotel staff also gave us some great recommendations during our stay. We loved how spacious the bathroom was. The room itself was a good size, although it was a little tight with a buggy. The staff kindly offered to keep the buggy downstairs for us without us even having to ask, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also loved the breakfast, the variety, quality of the food and especially the coffee were all fantastic. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be looking out for Room Mate Collection hotels for our future trips! ❤️"
