Holiday Inn Express Valencia Bonaire

"We stayed in Holiday Inn Bonaire on 27th August until 1st September. I’ll say, during our stay the staff were really nice, helpful and accommodating, which helps our stay and experience really good. To all the staff working on the dates I mentioned above, from morning, afternoon and evening staff, you were all amazing and you’re all doing amazing job. The hotel’s location is very ideal for shopping, dining in or dining out, loads of fast food and small refreshment options. It is literally around the corner from the hotel. The shops are open until 22:00 except Sunday whilst the food places are open until 23:00 in Bonaire whilst the fast food’s are open until early morning, I believe, so it is very ideal. The transport is very accessible from the hotel, it is literally minutes away from the hotel. It runs regularly going to Valencia town itself and airport. There are 2 transport options to go to Valencia ,from the hotel which is really good. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast options were quite good (I’ll recommend early breakfast, as it can get very busy later on the day). Overall, we had an amazing time staying in Premiere Inn Bonaire and if ever we are going back to Valencia again, we will definitely choose this hotel again."

"This hotel delivered almost everything we needed for our short stay. The rooms were bright and modern with plenty of shelves to put things. Our room had twin beds pushed together and against a wall which made it hard to get in and out of bed for one of us (ie me). There was plenty of room on the other side so we moved them slightly to make a gap, but every day the cleaner would push them back to the wall again! The towels were very small but we were given extras when we asked. The reception staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed but was very busy during our stay so sometimes things ran low. The location is in quite a scruffy industrial area, but it’s right next to a big shopping centre. We didn’t have any problem with noise. There was plenty of free parking on site. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were in the area."

"Hotel out of the way near the Bonaire shopping center. Bus stop near the shopping center that takes 50. Minutes to the center of Valencia. Small and narrow room with a small glass cabinet instead of a closet. For the cleanliness of the room, we can give it a solid 3; very dusty, old pillows, and hard like the mattresses. And like the sofa bed where the kids slept with a thin, back-breaking mattress. You didn't know where to put your suitcases and then there was no minibar, view of the shopping center. At check-in, a confused receptionist had mixed up the reservations with the other family and we wasted a lot of time. Acceptable breakfast."
