Eurostars Gran Valencia

"The reception was friendly, but I didn't get information about dinner options or the breakfast hours. I had to look for that myself. The elevator is old and the carpets in the hallway of the 20th floor smell of urine. My room was very neat and there was fresh water every day. I slept badly the first night. When I asked the room service for a neck pillow, it was already in the room in the afternoon! Thanks for that! Afterwards I slept well. The service in the gastrobar and pool bar was very pleasant. There was a girl with blonde hair and a friendly voice, but I forgot her name. She was a real topper. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, and there was even cava (this is no longer in Eurostars Al-Andalus, Seville)! The food was well supplemented and it wasn't too crowded. It's just a shame you can't have breakfast on the terrace... I had dinner once at the hotel and the chicken burger was very tasty, the best I have ever eaten. I indicated that I wanted to take it easy and I also got time to have an aperitif and then eat. Very nice. The pool is small, but okay. I would recommend providing towels for the guests, because right now they have to bring their towels from the room and I don't find that hygienic. The showers at the pool also need maintenance. The view from the roof terrace is great."

"Well located for our requirements. In general the hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly. I was always able to park in front of the hotel entrance although there is parking but I did not need it. In general everything very good. I would return without a doubt."
