"Booked a superior room for a 7 night stay. So very disappointed with room 19 with its view and noise of trade size kitchen bins, the rear of office buildings and air conditioning units. The hotel photographs don’t show this! Emailed SH Hotels expressing our disappointment but got no response."

"We stopped 3 nights in this hotel between 16-19th April 2026 The hotel is siuated 100m from a large square full of restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet. We had a view over the street on the 3rd floor with a small balcony, the room was large, extremely clean with a great bathroom and shower. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, friendly with lovely staff. We had contact with Elisabetta, Paco and Lorena, they were all very professional, polite and really welcoming which added to the already great experience, they are a credit to the hotel."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The decor was really stylish and quirky also our room was very specious. The location was idea literally a three minute walk from the Cathedral and the main square. The staff were charming and so helpful especially Fiamma. I can’t wait to go back. Anne"
