"In a beautiful location about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town, is this absolutely beautiful hotel. It is traditional but classic and clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, which received perfect sunlight in the afternoon and a gorgeous view. Room had a nespresso-style coffee machine, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. We were room only but were able to add breakfast as we wanted. There are lots of eating options within the hotel itself. As well as available coffees and beverages in various bars. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Guests appeared to be a mixture of families, couples and those on business. The gardens beside the hotel were beautiful with a wide variety of plants."

"Hello, my stay was from September 25th to the 29th, arrival was fine, the hotel is a beautiful 5-star, with some beautiful and well-kept gardens, lounges, and a cafeteria that looked very good, we arrived at room 284, it has already lost two stars, simple decoration and furniture in poor condition, bathroom with a bathtub and shower head that needs urgent renovation, the staff is very kind, the cafeteria is poorly stocked with a beer menu and very expensive wines, one of the nights I ordered a Spanish omelet and either the cook didn't attend class the day they explained how to make it or I can't explain it, it was impossible to manage to cut a piece and spear it to take it to your mouth, it all fell apart and also had no flavor at all, Mr. Mateo, an experienced waiter, didn't dare to ask me anything and smoothed over the mess as best he could. In short, you pay for a 5-star but they don't give you the service of one. Congratulate your staff for their politeness and kindness, for being up to the task."
