"Over the last ten-plus years, we have stayed in several hotels in Santa Cruz, and we are very happy to have finally discovered the Colón Rambla. Believe me, for us, it is the best option in Santa Cruz. Large rooms, exceptionally comfortable and carefully equipped. Spacious bathrooms, with a comfortable countertop around the sink where everything you need actually fits. The air conditioning works perfectly and is positioned in such a way that the air does not blow directly on you. Excellent soundproofing: you cannot hear the noise from the street. Quality bedding, excellent mattresses and pillows, and comfortable closets with doors. It is the good old school of hospitality, in the best sense of the word: comfort, functionality, and attention to detail, without unnecessary and often extremely uncomfortable experiments that many hotels have adopted in recent years. The hotel has an excellent location and convenient private parking. The parking lot is small, so it is better to reserve a spot in advance. And a true delight is the wonderful saltwater pool. The restaurant is very good: delicious food, excellent service, and more than reasonable prices. And, of course, the staff is magnificent, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Attentive, professional, and truly hospitable people. Colón Rambla has become for us the hotel in Santa Cruz that we had been looking for for so long. Now we already know where we will stay next time."

"Very good stay at this hotel! The common areas as well as the rooms are very clean and pleasant, with a scent of cleanliness that is truly appreciated upon arrival. The staff is lovely, smiling, and always very attentive. Special mention for the massages, which are truly wonderful! The massage therapists are very professional, gentle, and attentive: a real moment of relaxation. The pool is also very pleasant and well-maintained. Small downside: there is sometimes a shortage of lounge chairs, especially when it is crowded. On the other hand, the loan of towels for the pool is really a plus, very practical! The restaurant right in the hotel is also very appreciated, especially in a town where there aren't many restaurants. The dishes are good and the products seem fresh, which is a real advantage when you want to dine on-site. Finally, the parking lot is clean, secure, and spacious enough to be comfortable, even though it is paid. Overall, a very good place with a smiling and welcoming team. We had a pleasant stay and recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
