"Absolutely stunning location, the views are amazing. Our room was really lovely and huge, very clean and a very comfy bed. The whole hotel was very clean with very hard working, helpful, friendly staff. The only negative is the food, it was very hit and miss. Breakfasts were mainly good and lunches both in the buffet and breeze bar, again very good, however dinner was not as good as in other hotels we have stayed in. The food was often cold, thank goodness for the freshly cooked fish section. I would return to this hotel but on a bed and breakfast basis."

"There's nothing we didn't like or would like to improve – the location, the design and well-maintained grounds, the choice of pools and spas, the stunning views, the comfortable rooms, the incredibly plentiful and varied cuisine, and, of course, the truly caring staff, from the managers to the housekeepers. All the waiters are lightning fast, but I'd especially like to express my gratitude to Kevin Armas, whose every appearance at our table charged us with a smile and kind energy – genuinely friendly, yet unobtrusive and discreet. The fact that we have stayed at this hotel and in the same room for the fifth time is the best proof of what was said above."
