Hotel Best Semiramis

"Old-fashioned hotel on the heights that doesn't have the 5-star charm, with an ocean view (the waves against the rocks are very noisy), no Wi-Fi in our room and no effort from the concierge, city access is complicated * for people with reduced mobility, elderly population and uneducated Europeans, pools and garden furniture poorly maintained, room very large and comfortable, catering quite decent overall, friendly staff except for a brunette lady in the restaurant who comes to work on a scooter. I do not recommend this hotel to people accustomed to a certain quality of service and to the demeanor of regular 5-star hotel guests. This hotel seems more like a 3-star; we had the impression that there is no effort toward maintenance and modernization of this building and that the guests are those of any mass tourism hotel."

"The hotel is completely renovated. It is comfortable and pleasant. Its views are spectacular and the treatment from all the staff is excellent. They try to help you with everything and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. The only thing I can complain about is the heated pool, it was cold for my taste. I would have given it a couple more degrees, especially considering that the weather was cold. Another thing I don't want to overlook is the dining room. It's not that there is a lot of variety, but what there is, is well prepared, tasty, and abundant. Good cook."

"This is not a 5* hotel ,the shower was terrible, there were no full length mirror in the room, the fridge was warmer than the room but if you want anything in your fridge you have to pay even though it’s all inclusive, the toilets smelt really bad and the rooms were tired and needed updating even though we was upgraded the rooms were tatty. There was a lot on the drinks menu and the pool bar menu that wasn’t included in the all inclusive. Having said that the positive side is the staff are lovely, really helpful and the pool and summoners are lovely."
