"We give it a 10, we loved everything, very clean and tidy, spacious for 4 people in the two-bedroom unit (6 people could sleep perfectly), microwave, washing machine, impeccable oven, the sheets smelled very good, quiet pool with hardly any people, no noises were heard either at night or in the morning. Good location for going to Loro Parque, which was our intention, 9 minutes away with Google Maps. We are from Gran Canaria, we will return."

"Great spot in Northern Tenerife; climate provides break from intense heat of the South. Loads to do locally. Property is well situated and broadly reasonably appointed. Pool, including views, exceeded our expectations. Only small thing was a sofa bed which had some questionable stains - we chunked a blanket over these!"

"We paid for a three week stay and we were very excited to return to this resort through RCI. Unfortunately we were put into room 101. This room is next to the reception room, but our room was the first you came to. So, we had zero privacy, people coming in our door, and noise galore. We couldn’t leave our door open for the cool breeze to come in. People walked by frequently. We were told we couldn’t change rooms unless we paid Euro626. We couldn’t believe it. Then…. A group of young men stayed above us and partied loudly until 4am. We got up as usual and cooked breakfast and as I was walking out of the patio door, one of those men hurled an ashtray down and smashed a hole in the table. The receptionist acted swiftly and professionally and told them not to do that. To make a long story short, we booked our last two weeks elsewhere. We lost our money for the last two weeks, but it was worth it. I slept 10 hours, which I never do and I felt safer."
