"Wow! What an amazing week. I’ll be honest, I was a little apprehensive prior to arriving due to some of the reviews I had read. However, we booked the hotel for the location and thought we wouldn’t use the facilities much. When we’ve previously been on a ‘cheaper’ all inclusive holiday we’ve had to eat at least 1 meal per day out of the hotel. Not this one! Every meal was brilliant. Breakfast had fantastic hot and cold options including classic full English, freshly made pancakes, churros, salad options, fresh fruit and yoghurt, lots of different fresh bread and really nice omelettes. Lunch and dinner always had a fantastic mix too with some ‘English’ bits and lots of Spanish etc options too so it was great to try some different things. Lots of fresh fish too, some of it being made by the chefs in front of you. The hygiene in the dining area was phenomenal too and I’d like to thank every member of staff. Plates are cleared away and tables cleaned promptly, and the chefs were following correct health standards which was great to see. Lots of tables too! We arrived at midnight and I’ll be honest we were so tired and grumpy but the man on reception was lovely. Fast check in, and he even tried to find us some food (we said not to worry but he wanted us to be happy which was so sweet). We had an issue with the aircon and told him straight away, asking for a fan instead. I don’t really like aircon as it can give me a sore throat so we didn’t push for the aircon to be rectified however the fan was perfect! Our room was freshened up daily and towels replaced (just make sure to pop them in the bath if you want them replacing). We did have a couple of bugs in the room but we were on the ground floor and these things happen. Even in the UK you’ll get the odd one sneaking in so it’s hardly the end of the world. We just dealt with it and didn’t leave the terrace door open too much. Beds were really comfy and didn’t separate which usually happens I’ve found. Shower was good, nice temperature, not super powerful but not an issue. The general cleanliness was amazing throughout the hotel including the pool area. Always saw staff cleaning including the skirting boards, floors were never dirty, windows so clean and the whole place smelled gorgeous which ourselves and other guests commented on. The staff throughout were brilliant. All very polite, the entertainment staff in the day work so hard and had fun activities including archery and darts! All the guests were friendly too, everyone was just having a gorgeous time. Make sure you go to the rooftop bar! We didn’t discover it until our 2nd to last night and WOW. There were people ‘ballroom’ dancing to Spanish music and it was beautiful. Gorgeous cocktails (have to pay at the rooftop bar) and the drinks that were free in the hotel were delicious too. We both wished we’d booked for longer and have said we’ll definitely be back to this hotel. It’s about a 20 minute walk down to the sea/town but it’s beautiful. Lots of steps up and down but taxis and buses are easy to access too. The views are phenomenal. We did 2 excursions - the Delfin boat trip which I would recommend to anyone (we saw a pod of dolphins including babies! Everyone on the boat was silent whilst watching, the boat was turned off so it was quiet, warm lunch provided, free drinks and a beautiful stop off to swim) and we also went to Siam park which was fun. Pick ups at the hotel which was nice and convenient. All in all we had an incredible time and would like to thank every single person who made our week so amazing."

"I am currently staying here at the BLUESEA international the hotel has two other hotels that you can fully use on the other side of the street. The gym is at one of the other hotels and opens at 9am which for me feels late. The weather here is always cloudy but still warm great for those with fair skin as you can sit out all day however for sun worshippers you will be dissapointed, better staying down south. The staff are lovely and work very hard and there is always something nice to eat at the restaurants but this is an average hotel. A lot of British and Spanish people stay here for the all inclusive so can get rowdy at times and in my hotel there is a bar on the roof that opens at 11pm and music plays till about 2am which you can hear from your room. I didn’t mind this but light sleepers may struggle. It’s a steep walk down to the beach which takes around 30 mins to get to. And the climb back is a good workout. Hairdryer in bathroom is good and room are clean and compact and well maintained. You have to buy water in bottles but you can take a refill and fill it up at the restaurants and bars. Not enough room to sit for the evening entertainment so get there early if you’d like a seat. Entertainment was good and again staff are lovely. I will write more over the days before leaving."

"Stayed 1 week in a room with views of Teide, impossible to sleep until 2:30 in the morning because of the nightclub across the street... The hotel says they can't do anything, that we should file a complaint... but they did know about the problem... DO NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL"
