"We are a couple who wanted to spend a few relaxing days at the hotel and do some sightseeing in the area. Our impression was the following: POSITIVE Large hotel, with spacious areas and comfortable, modern, and bright bedrooms, with a terrace with good views. It is noticeable that the kitchen staff worked hard, and specifically the cook who attended to us at the grill was very pleasant. The hotel's location is good, being able to walk to the downtown area without a problem. NEGATIVE We can understand that the bulk of their clientele are foreign tourists, but literally in 90% of our interactions with the staff, they addressed us in English, and even in German or French before Spanish, being in our own country; at first it seemed anecdotal, then comical... by the third day it already seemed like a mockery. On the other hand, the buffet service is a real chaos, especially at night, poor organization, crowds, and pushing. Some employee or other who was organizing the tables was unpleasant, we saw inconsistencies with the charging of drinks between some tables and others, and we overheard conversations between them about diners or personal topics. I don't know if there were more guests than usual, but having dinner became more of an ordeal than anything else; it is better to go out to dinner at a restaurant. Regarding the SPA, we asked before going and they told us that we had the service included; once at the hotel, they told us that it was paid separately, being able to book for 10 euros per person for one hour. Fine, perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but once inside, the price seemed excessive to us for such facilities (a mini sauna, another steam room where you couldn't stay due to poor temperature regulation, and a mini jacuzzi that looked more like a bathtub with some weak jets). Finally, it seemed to us that many foreign guests were making a scene at the pool and in the hotel hallways, at all hours, making good use of the all-inclusive, and we didn't see the hotel do anything. SUMMARY: we expected something else, a place where we would be comfortable in its facilities relaxing, it finally became a place to sleep and we didn't even enjoy the food, clearly made for the "tourists.""

"I went for 3 nights all-inclusive from the 29th to October 2nd, the room was fine, but in the 3 days they did not change my bathroom towel, the air conditioning did not work well, the dining room heat was unbearable, also the food was very repetitive and little to choose from, it was buffet style, the all-inclusive drinks were of poor quality, and the entertainment was abysmal, you get bored during the day and the night is all aimed at the elderly, it is a hotel for IMSERSO trips, which is what I found there, I will not return to this hotel again"
