"This is a nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. There is no charge for Wi-Fi or room safe. The food was ok, but I would not say it is not 4 star in choice or quality and we are not fussy people. This hotel is located on a steep hill which is quite a hard return walk. Although I understand there is a regular bus service to the town, which is a nice place to visit. The views are good, it is set in a valley into which the clouds drop below the mountains. The entertainment lady - Anita- is very cheerful and enthusiastic. I would say we enjoyed our holiday, but if you want to explore it would be difficult if you had mobility problems."

"The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are very spacious, clean, equipped with two TVs, tea kettle, coffee maker. On the table we were waiting for a bottle of wine and a personalized letter from the manager, which made me very happy. The hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz (20 minutes from Loro Park), in a quiet area, for adults only. In the evening, fun activities were held in the hotel lobby. It has two large swimming pools. The food is very good and diverse, for all tastes."
