Spend your holiday nestled between blue skies and sparkling sea views at the Bahia Principe Explore Costa Adeje. Perched on a cliff in Playa Paraiso on Tenerife’s southwestern coast, this All Inclusive hotel isn't exactly short of sweeping panoramas. 

The centrepiece of the village-style resort are the pair of glittering outdoor pools, one of which is an infinity pool where sea and pool appear to merge into one. There's also a children's pool where the little ones can splash in the shallows. Darts, table tennis, aqua aerobics, and aqua spinning are sure to keep everyone occupied. And for those who want to explore beyond the hotel, there's a rocky cove within walking distance and a daily shuttle bus to Las Americas beach. Alternatively, hire some bikes from the onsite cycling centre and gear up the whole family for a two-wheeled adventure.

The whole crew comes together at mealtimes when the complex's four dining venues, including two à la carte options and a food truck, mean tough choices have to be made – think Italian, Mongolian, and international favourites.

Once the sun sets, the village square comes alive with performances on stage, tribute acts, and a mini-disco. There's a sports bar, too, where you can grab casual drinks.  And if wellness for the mind and body is what you're after, head to the heavenly spa centre (charges apply) with its treatment rooms and fully-equipped gym. Don't worry, the little ones will be well looked after at the hotel's kids' club.
