"Only two days in and couldn't fault. 4 rooms booked family holiday . . No problem with any of our rooms. Reception very profestional Cleaners helpfull All our rooms are spacious. Towels for 20 euros .which is refundable. At the recepton you can get soft drinks wine or a beer for 2.50 e Tea coffee . And a huge recepton sitting area relaxing . Games? They have pool .table tennis . Air hockey. Rooftop pool was clean plenty sun beds ..jacuzzi being repaired . Sauna was good . ..walk into main strip takes ten minutes If you hire a mobility scooter .you can leave facing the lifts .there are charging points.. People say the furniture is outdated but oak furniture never dates."

"After all the bad reviews on here I thought I’d give my honest opinion on the hotel. We stayed here as a 20 year old couple for 5 nights at the start of October. We arrived to the hotel around 6pm and was warmly greeted by a man on reception. Nice and simple checked us in, made sure we knew where we were going and checked we didn’t need anything else. We headed up to our room. Now our room was CLEAN, FRESH BEDDING, FRESH TOWELS, PLENTY OF TOILET ROLL. The rooms are huge seeing as it was just 2 of us staying. We quickly found the fridge which kept our drinks super cold so no complaints. There was also a safe to which we didn’t use but was a decent size. There was no balcony but we had no complaints as it was a double door that opened. The window had 2 sets of curtains, one being sheer and one being a normal set. It also has shutters which make the room pitch black and ensured we felt safe at night which was a nice addition. The hotels location is perfect with a 8-10 minute walk from the strip. We found there to be no noise or trouble outside of the hotel day or night as we were facing the main road. We also found that everyone inside the hotel were completely respectful when coming back late. The pool was brilliant. It’s on the roof so ideal for sunbathing as there are no buildings to create shade. There are 8-12 sunbeds that are in the shade and around 30 other sunbeds in the sun which was no issue for us and we were guaranteed a space every day no matter the time. The actual pool is a great size and there was a jacuzzi to which I wish was a little warmer but not an issue. Now I don’t have any comments on the cleaners whilst we were there as we are the type to not want people in our room whilst we aren’t there. However, the cleaners were more than happy to exchange old towels for new ones and give us fresh toilet roll at the door. When we left we stripped the bedding for them and left our rubbish and dirty towels in a pile so it was simple for them to clean up. We checked out and were handed a key to keep our luggage safe in a room. The receptionist was lovely and ensured we knew when our transfer was and told us we were more than welcome to continue to use the pool throughout the day and there were showers to use after before we got on our flight. We had no issue with the aircon, there was a monitor on the wall by the bathroom which meant we could adjust the fan speed and temperature so this was great. Neither of us got ill and neither of us had a bad experience at all. All of these bad reviews on here seem a little dramatic to me and honestly people just get ill cause they are hungover and blame it on the aircon🤦‍♀️ ( you’ll always see atleast 1 person blame the aircon on any hotels reviews you look at). Over all we had an amazing time and will 100% be back with this hotel in consideration as I think it’s great for the price."
