"Amazing experience. The place is really nice and beautiful, just a few minutes from the beach. The animation team is really talented, all of them are great workers and performers. They are really good with kids and families and also they are available to play with everyone all kinds of sports The rooms are really clean and always ready after the day. Every evening there is a show but it finishes around 10.30 pm so there isn’t too much noise and it’s really good for family with small kids. The price is correct for the kind of experience. I advise everyone to come to this place because beside being beautiful, you also have fun and eat really good."

"This is our third time visiting this hotel. We know the staff and they remember us. They are fun to be around and help wherever they can! Food is typical but they have specialty nights and while it isn’t 5-star Gordon Ramsey OMG food, the food is good. The atmosphere is one of fun, sun, and relaxation. Plenty of things to do in or out of this hotel. Ask Ramon at the bar for a vodka lemon or Hector for a San Francisco, depending on your preference. Regardless, cappuccino’s and espresso’s are served throughout the day."

"We stayed at Park Club Europe in July 2025 with my wife and our 6-year-old daughter, and we had such a great time that we’ve already booked to go back again this year. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the animation/entertainment team. They are honestly the reason the hotel feels so special and why we decided to return. They work incredibly hard all day and evening and are brilliant with the kids. Our daughter absolutely loved them. The kids club runs from 10–12 and 1–3, and the team often came around the pool to ask if the kids wanted to join in with activities. They made everything fun and engaging, and our daughter couldn’t wait to see them every day. There was also plenty going on for adults during the day with activities like archery, water polo, football, volleyball and more, so there was always something to get involved in if you wanted. The hotel also has an outdoor gym which was a nice extra. In the evenings the animation team put on shows in the hotel grounds, and they were genuinely really entertaining. You could tell how much effort they put into them. The Greatest Showman show was definitely the highlight for us. The hotel itself is all inclusive and the food was very good with lots of variety each evening, so there was always something to choose from. The fresh pizza was especially good. There are two pools – a quiet saltwater pool at the rear of the resort, and a main freshwater (chlorine) pool in the centre which was always very clean and well maintained. Our room was a little on the small side, but it was clean and perfectly fine for us. Some people mention that the rooms are a bit dated, but it didn’t bother us at all. The location is also great, with shops and restaurants only about a 2-minute walk away if you want to head out of the resort. One small thing that could be improved would be the lunchtime snacks by the pool. If you didn’t want to go to the main restaurant you could grab food from the pool snack area, but the options were pretty much the same each day. The food itself was nice, just a bit repetitive. Another nice touch was that there are beer taps around the pool area, so you don’t always have to queue at the bar, plus slushie machines and coke/water on tap, which was great during the day. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the animation team. They create such a great atmosphere and were amazing with our daughter. They’re the main reason we’ve booked to come back again."
