"We paid a lot for this holiday between 5 of us and we could have gotten a way better hotel on that price , too expensive and the basic hygiene standard isn’t there . Housekeepers are extremely rude my sister left out our towels and our sheets to help out as they were on there way to clean the room , refused to do it shouting going down the corridor then had reception calling 10 minutes later , room hasnt been cleaned in 4 days two elderly parents a toddler and pregnant woman , the furniture is disgusting looks like its 100 years old . No toilet tissue no towels no clean sheets it’s a disgrace and the price there charging people for this type of service is a complete and utter scam will not be coming back to this hotel !!!"

"Location ok, lively atmosphere Pool is big and clean. However jacuzzi full of green algi and didn't smell too pleasant. Rooms where basic. Only cleaned once in our 7 day stay, whichis not ideal. Covered in what I thought was mosquito bites. Pharmacy told me was bed bug bites. Definitely wouldn't return after this!"

"Location of the hotel is nice, however this is the only good thing about it. The atmosphere is strange. Staff aren’t very friendly and are quite rude. Housekeeping staff were very rude to us also. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to help us in any way and almost acted like they didn’t want to be there. Room was dirty upon arrival - red stains on the mattress, stains on the sheets, a lot of dust, bad smell, bathroom was very dirty - bath was yellow, bidet had hairs in it, and just generally dirty all over. Value for money is good if u are looking for somewhere cheap and don’t care about the living conditions however if you want to enjoy your stay I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It can be very loud at night also."
