Ole Tropical Tenerife

"I think this hotel is more like a 3* rather than a 4* hotel. Plastic chairs and uncomfortable sunloungers. They do have double loungers with padded cushions but the hotel charge for this... if you are All Inclusive they charge between 21-26 Euros but if you are Bed & Breakfast they charge you between 41-46 Euros which I think is extortionate - mostly for the fact that the some clientel around the pool area were very rowdy and all making the most of the All Inclusive drinks as much as possible. There is a smoking section by the pool. The cleaners are the stars in this hotel as they cleaned our room every day and we had clean towels and sheets every day so thank you. Staff at Reception were friendly and organised a few taxis for us so thank you. The Breakfast room was clean and tidy. The food was sufficient but greasy and the juices were awful. I would return to Tenerife just not this hotel as would prefer to be located in the Playa Del Duque Beach area, as this hotel was located on a very noisy roundabout between Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Very close to Veronicas if this is somewhere you want to be."

"We have just returned from a 10 stay here and my husband and I have no complaints. The location is quite good, easy access to most places and the hotel calls you a taxi and it arrives within minutes. Very welcoming and polite happy to help. Great atmosphere and a great variety of ages. Everyone was very happy and friendly. We stayed in a terrace room, so had sun beds, parsdol and a table & chairs. This room was a suntrap from about 12 everyday. The aircon is great. It didn't work when we arrived, but when we reported it the maintenance man was there in minutes, very impressive. The cleaners came everyday made the beds as if in the army, 😂. They were very efficient and lovely too. The entertainment on an evening was very disappointing but the team tried their best. Poolwas fab and lots of activities withe entertainment team, such a laugh 😃 We can not really fault this holiday, and if we decide to come back to tenerife, we would seriously consider coming back here."

"After waiting on the transfer bus for over 2 hours we arrived at the hotel. Room 206 on the corner of the building above the restaurant and delivery entrance being woken up at 5 am. The toilet leaked the first night but sorted out the next morning. The hotel does NOT accept cash at the bar, the staff in the bar brilliant service, reception staff helpful but the life guard at the pool extremely rude and unprofessional. The pool was not cleaned every day disappointed and the sun beds extra charge of £21 per day even if you are all inclusive. Food good and entertainment average. However would strongly recommend not to go to the bars near to hotel very sketchy offered drugs of all kinds and prostitutes the first night. Walked to Costa Adeje from hotel total different atmosphere and felt safer in that resort."
