Ole Tropical Tenerife

"This is our second time staying at ole tropical and it has been better than last time. We have stayed for a wonderful two weeks and can’t fault anything about the hotel and staff. Food and drinks have been great. Best of all has been the entertainment staff especially Eric and Tamaz who have went out of their way to get to know us and involve us in the activities we enjoyed such amazing people! Only issue we had was our last day, although we didn’t arrive until 10pm our first night we were not allowed to continue all inclusive on our last day even though we weren’t leaving until 7pm, we also weren’t able to extend the room so it wasn’t ideal."

"Me and my Mum have just returned from the Ole Tropical Tenerife- Adults Only and it was amazing from start to finish. The staff are all friendly and the rooms were always kept extremely tidy on a daily basis. Big shout out to Isaac on reception as I was originally allocated a room on floor 6 but being a manual wheelchair user I explained that I need a lower floor and within 24hrs I was moved to level 2 floor which was so much better for me. Entertainment at this hotel is amazing always something different and the animation team get everyone involved and are all super funny. I will definitely be returning In 2028 for 2 weeks all inclusive as this time i only done bed and breakfast, however the food and drinks at this hotel are amazing and great there is so much choice. Location is perfect as far enough away from all the loud bars but close enough to some lovely Irish bars, sports bars etc. So many restaurants to pick from and very good pricing. If you are looking for an Adults Only hotel with a great amount of things to do but also just relax if that is what you want. I would 1000% recommend Ole Tropical Tenerife. I hired a mobility scooter whilst there and they delivered it to the hotel and put it on charge outside for me as they are not aloud to be used in the hotel which is total understandable. "I like to leave a Review as it sometimes helps people *Room - Double Booked Got to say very very basic indeed - could all do with a bit of Brightness adding first time in a 4 star where you don't get a kettle or even bottled water *Bar Service Pool Bar and Only Bar Never had an issue at all, fast service, nice drinks, always served with a smile - little que on an evening but nothing to moan about at all *Restaurant Self service for drinks which is totally fine, always plenty of glasses Tables always cleaned and plates removed quick once you have finished Food - Very much the same every day for the whole stay, warm but not hot * Pool If you want a bed round the pool you have to be down about 7.30 am other wise your on the grass area behind the pool but plenty of beds so no rushing on that side , i did feel to many of the large double beds that you could hire dotted around, thought would be more use full popping more standard sunbeds round there so more people could enjoy the poolside Nice music on around the pool and entertainment MAYBE TOO MANY RULES AROUND THE POOL AND THE LIFEGUIDE IS VERY RUDE *Entertainment Team I really could not fault these guys at all - evening entertainment is also really good *******MUST READ FOR YOUR LAST DAY******** Check out is 11am which is fine you can store your case in the luggage room BUT the all inclusive stops at 12 noon - so no more drinks, lunch , got told couldn't even have WATER - this is a joke as we wasen't getting picked up till gone 5 pm I did go and help myself to water unless the hotel wanted me to pass out Got told we wasen't even allowed to have a little lunch at 1 pm as the all inclusive finished at 12.30 pm I WOULD OF RETURNED TO THIS HOTEL AS GREAT LOCATION BUT UNFORTUNALY THE LAST DAY HAS PUT ME OFF AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE RECEPTIONIST WHILST TELLING US THIS"
