"My mum and I booked this hotel for a week, and after reading some of the reviews, we were a little nervous about what to expect. However, please don’t let those reviews put you off, because we honestly had the most amazing stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t fault it overall. We never experienced any unpleasant smells, and our swim-up pool room felt incredibly luxurious. The room was immaculate, cleaned daily, and a really generous size, with a beautiful bathroom, plenty of storage and lots of space. The balcony and private swim-up pool were fantastic. We loved spending our mornings by the main blue pool before returning to our room to relax and enjoy our own pool around lunchtime. It was the perfect balance! The food was another real highlight. There was so much variety, and different meats and fish were served every evening, so we always looked forward to seeing what was on offer. As someone who loves the gym and likes to be mindful of my meals, I was really impressed with the range of options available to suit my needs. There was genuinely something for everyone. The drinks were good, too. The only small issue we experienced was the limited amount of drinking water provided in the room’s fridge. We initially had to keep refilling one small bottle, so I eventually went to the supermarket and bought an 8-litre bottle to ensure we had enough water for our stay. This would be a really simple thing for the hotel to improve. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming, and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The location was also ideal, with the beach and Playa de las Américas within easy walking distance. We didn’t need a taxi at all, although taxis are readily available if needed. Noise wasn’t an issue for the majority of our stay. However, on our last day, there was some construction work and drilling taking place for a few hours. The noise became quite overwhelming, so we decided to return to our room. This didn’t affect our overall experience, but it’s worth mentioning. I also paid extra to use the gym and spa, which I personally found well worth the money. The gym didn’t have air conditioning, so it did get very hot and sweaty, but the equipment was excellent and had everything I needed for my workouts. The spa was lovely and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after the gym or in the evening. Overall, this hotel was worth every single penny and ticked all the boxes for us. We had a fantastic week, felt comfortable throughout our stay, and genuinely couldn’t have asked for much more. A 10/10 holiday for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Ps. We booked the Japanese’s restaurant which was an amazing experience and really fun. All dishes were incredible!"

"Was worried having read reviews about bad smell and lack of ac. Our room was a suite and didn't smell. We had a terrace with table out back but as it was always in shade and looked straight at bushes, didn't use this. AC was also ok, but not needed for overnight in mid Oct. We found the pool by buffet area had annoying loud music so preferred the other pool for quieteness. Couldn't fault the food or drink but did find restaurant inside was noisy so preferred to eat in the outside terrace. We enjoyed the japanese restaurant experience for 1 of our meals. Staff were all nice and polite and on last day our flight wasn't till evening but it was no issue leaving luggage in bag room and using the shower by pool area. Appreciated being able to still get all inclusive on food/drink right up until we left even though we'd checked out room by midday"

"A spectacular hotel as always, but currently after the renovation, even better!!! We have been staying at the hotel for years. This time we stayed in the renovated part, in the swim up rooms and they are wonderful. We recommend those rooms and the Hibiscus ones, adults only, without a doubt. The staff is very friendly and the food is of very good quality. There is a very good atmosphere in that hotel. We recommend it 100%, one of the best in the south ;-)"
