"We stayed here as a couple for 11 nights. We had a great time. The pool area is fantastic. Always sun beds available, it’s well maintained and the activities offered by the staff are varied. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There is something for everyone, it’s restocked continuously and we used it every morning. Our room was fine and the maid cleaned every day. The only slight issue is the placement of power sockets- you might want to bring an extension lead. There is a safe provided but no kettle or iron. The location suited us. It’s a 20 minute walk into town, which we enjoyed. Less mobile people would have to get a taxi, but they were readily available and not expensive. Overall, a lovely place to stay away from the main stretch, while not being too remote. We recommend!"

"Went on holiday with my 10 yr old daughter i will have nightmares when i get back to the UK this hotel is absoutley disgusting, on arrival we were greeting by the receptionist who gave us a map to our room a mean ive never been a hotel where u dont have a concierge, we then got to our room to find blood all over the curtain i freaked out!!!! Then they gave us another room to walk in an see cockroaches all over the floor at that point i cried an had a panic attack!! Never seen anything so gross in all my life first time in tenerife an this hotel as got be the worst ive ever stayed in abroad. THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE POOL. FOOD BLAND TASTELESS COLD. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTSIDE OF THIS HOTEL ITS DEFO NOT A 4* ITS MORE LIKE A 1* IT NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. THIS HOTEL NEEDS A SERIOUS REVAMP I DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT I AT TOO DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY THANKYOU GALA SUITES FOR MAKING MY FIRST TIME IN TENERIFE A LIVING NIGHTMARE."
