"What a fantastic hotel. Absolutely stunning. Everywhere we looked their was something quirky we hadn’t seen the day before. We stayed here for 10 nights in August. We arrived late and got greeted on the door by the most friendliest door man who took our cases and showed us to the reception. After we had checked in he took us up to our room and showed us in and took us for a tour around our room, telling us what was where etc. We had a tea/coffee station (although we did have to ask for milk) bottles of water, a safe, hair dryer, shower gel etc. Breakfast - what a delight. So much to choose from. There does get a little queue for the cooked egg dishes but it goes very quickly. We ate in the restaurant that’s by the beach. It was nice. And the Steak restaurant adjoining is delicious. The gym is well equipped. The grounds are beautiful. Have a look for lizards, they pop up everywhere sunbathing. Even being busy, we managed to get sun beds by the pool. (These are very comfortable) Not all beds have parasols though. You do get the usual people going down early to claim the spots they like but you’re never without a bed. The pool is stunning. The only thing that let this hotel down was the pool bar. Only one lady was serving, she was busy and was serving people not in order. I had waited 15 minutes (she was making cocktails for the person before me) and she still was serving people before me who had just arrived at the bar. I did mention I was waiting for a while but she didn’t seem to bother. In the end I walked out the hotel around to the supermarket and bought two soft drinks there instead. The eating area around the pool bar wasn’t comfortable either. As I said, this was the only thing that let this hotel down. It is 100% worth paying the extra for a sea view room if you can. I love Las Americas for the sheer convenience. Not far from the airport, lovely beaches, restaurants, shops. You must book this hotel, I promise you want regret it. We will be booking again for next year for sure."

"This is our second time staying at the hotel, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and spotless along with all the other communal facilities. I was shocked when we went to use the beach facilities and was asked to pay for the sun loungers when we were staying at the hotel!!. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are great throughout the hotel. I can’t wait to book my next stay as the hotel and location are great 😊"
