"brilliant position right in the middle of Americas, staff are very friendly, the food is okay, you can always find something to eat, pool area is quite nice but very quiet, Room was very nice and we had a pool view low floor, Drinks were quite reasonable, they aren't top brands on the all inclusive but the local drinks were quite good. Over all a good hotel, i do think that a bit of back ground music would help by the pool, Reception staff and bar staff were really helpful."

"Nice hotel with good food, lots of choice and mostly friendly helpful staff. We were half board and found drinks pretty expensive for a pool bar but would be fine if you were AI. Lots of beds a nice mix of spaces. We had a suite which was well appointed, clean and spacious however the location of this room was horrendous. I had emailed twice previously asking to be provided a quiet room…acknowledged but completely ignored…and actually placed in the absolute worst located room. Directly above the deliveries entrance and where all bins are collected…so between 3-8am it’s constant noise. The road is a dead end so every van, loft, truck unloads/collects then makes an 3 point turn with beepers. Also a vacant building opposite houses a few homeless who spend the nights arguing with each other. If I was staying more than 3 nights, no way I could’ve stayed there any longer. I’d emailed to complain…nothing. The hotel was nowhere near capacity either. Plus it gets an hour of sun. If you are offered room 104…or likely 204, 304 etc, flat out refuse it."
