"Hotel was nice, basic but ok, beds comfy and rooms clean. Breakfast was also ok had a range of different things available. Staff nice and helpful. We went with children and the pool was extremely quiet, felt like we were being looked at all the time when the kids made a sound or tried to have fun in the pool, theres no inflatables allowed, no music around pool and to be honest felt like you wasn't allowed to have fun or make any noise atall without the lifeguard coming over and telling us off. Luckily my children are a bit older so we went out to the bars and restaurants but if you have younger kids I wouldnt reccomend theres no entertainment or anything so they have a pool to play in and thats it."

"This was our third stay here in three years. The familiarity of the hotel is great so we could begin our holiday and know where we are going. Very close to main thoroughfare and the bright lights of the Golden Mile. Staff are extremely friendly. Close to coast"

"Booked a one bedroom superior apartment direct with the hotel. The apartment was on the ground floor, close to reception, as described, and was very clean and well equipped. This apartment was in the main building and facing the main pool area. The downside for me was the constant noise all day long, from 6 in the morning when the cleaners started work, to the early hours of the morning when inconsiderate guests came back in. Reception area could also be noisy throughout the day. Most of this is unfortunately outside the hotel control. I have stayed at this complex on 2 other occasions, but in different locations and did not have this problem. The hotel, location and staff were good. Breakfast was more or less same each morning, but had a nice choice of hot and cold food. There is ample room around the pool areas and plenty of sunbeds to go round, so long as people don't leave towels on all day long, as was the case sometimes. The pool area is closed off until 9.30 am but I did notice some guests couldn't wait for the chains to be unlocked and were actually going underneath the chains and down the steps which is a health and safety accident waiting to happen and needs addressing. All in all I enjoyed my stay in Tenerife, which I know very well. Not getting much sleep in my 2 week stay wasn't great so I would suggest you take ear plugs, just in case you get a noisy area."
