"Unfortunately we didn’t have the experience we were hoping for. The area that the hotel is located in is perfect for exploring, shops and bars. But the hotel is not a 4*, I would say it is definitely a 3*. A party of 8 came for new year. Starting with the positives the pools are lovely and the staff were very helpful. The negatives we found was the upkeep of the room maintenance. The sink was nearly falling off the wall, the shower head wouldn’t stay up on the shower stand, the drains absolutely stank, the bath was covered in limescale. The pillows had seen better days and were very discoloured and yellow. We had a leak in one room which we reported but nothing was done about it. The food wasn’t very hot at all and the selection was the same most days. If your hoping for gluten free they will make you a pizza or pasta for ask but very limited options. Even the labels above the food don’t correspond to the food or explain what’s on them very well. We were put in rooms that were the furthest away from reception even though the hotel wasn’t full. The cocktails weren’t the best either. Very disappointing as the photos on their Facebook page and website do not correspond with what the food is like at all. Unfortunately we won’t be returning."

"We've stayed here many many times and keep coming back, reception lovely, rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable beds, pools are good with plenty of spaces, meals are what you would expect from an all inclusive family hotel, not a la carte but decent enough, hot and plenty of choice, gym decent enough with cardio and free weights, had a great massage at the spa, and we will be returning, staff are friendly and helpful, my only bug is the WiFi is poor in the rooms. Overall a very nice hotel in a lovely area"

"The hotel is located at a bus stop, quite far from beaches, The room had a sea view, but there were some problems. A little space to put things. We could not use he fridge door shelves, no space to put anything upright. The water heater leaked, after a shower, the floor in the kitchen/bar was wet. The free wi-fi didn't work, also the mobile connection was weal in our room. A bar stool was so loose at the joints, it was scary to sit on. The reception and maintenance staff was not interested... the cleaning staff was excellent. There is three swimming pools, one was supposed to be heated, we didn't notice much difference most of the days."
