"Where do I start. Absolute nightmare from start to finish, never ever have I experienced anything in my life this bad. The staff are absolute disgusting the way the speak to you and look down on you when you first arrived wouldn’t allow us in when I had requested early check in and was expected but got here at 12 pm and wouldn’t allow us in when one of us is pregnant and that was made very clear when booking we needed the early check in. We had to get dressed in the basement as it was 30 degrees and needed to change. When we finally was allowed in the room, as you do you check everything, well there was poo marks on the towels.. Went straight down to the receptionist and I quote what she said “what do you want me to do?” Erm replace it? “No we can’t do that”. Hair all over the beds and there was nothing they could do about it. No toilet roll in the toilet and was told we have to buy it? Sorry this is a hotel shouldn’t you provide the toilet roll and the towels? I would not recommend staying here at all unless you want to stay in poo hole and that’s being nice."
