"We were here for 7 days, vacation just ended. We had an apartment with a kitchenette and living room; 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms. On two floors, with a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a patio on the lower floor with sun loungers and direct access to the pool. Clean apartment, perhaps dated in some spots, but we found it welcoming. Cleaning every 3 days: they changed our sheets, towels, and cleaned the bathrooms and floors. For daily use, a cleaning set, broom, and dustpan were available. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. A couple of trivial problems (a missing bath mat, a non-functioning stovetop) were reported to the reception and resolved within half an hour. Helpful staff. Everyone was very kind, the cleaning staff, maintenance, reception. The entertainers had a lot of good will, especially Alex and the head entertainer, very engaging. We didn't experience much of the entertainment because we were always out and about on the island. It would have been nice to have the chance to dance by the pool in the evening, but, unfortunately, most of the guests didn't seem too eager to be involved! Very beautiful pools, very beautiful common areas. Meals must be eaten at an external hotel: you go out and walk 200 meters downhill, which becomes a (steep) uphill climb on the way back. Let's say it's useful for feeling less guilty after eating, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. Abundant and good food, especially at breakfast. Of course, you shouldn't expect Italian pasta dishes, but we tried and enjoyed everything. We ate well, and the staff here is very courteous too. A car is necessary, but it really is for getting around Tenerife. One last point that is fundamental for me when I go on vacation to Tenerife, an island where I lived and which I visit regularly: the cucarachas, "nice" cockroaches that are found everywhere and of which I am terrified, and it is the first parameter I evaluate when I book. I was worried by some reviews but, although a few live in the entertainment area in the evening, and there are a few little corpses around, we didn't find any in the apartment, which I probed carefully. Not during the day and not even at night (we kept the doors to the outside closed at night; the ceiling fans and air conditioner kept us cool during this week of calima). I read about thefts, but the staff entered our room in our absence for repairs and cleaning, and nothing was touched. We felt at ease. A place I will gladly return to, given the excellent price/quality ratio."

"Beautiful spacious well facilitated apartments. For someone who is vegan and very much into health and fitness this place is ideal. Well equipped gym with a combination of weights and cardio. We had a few issues out here but reported to reception and dealt with immediately. All staff friendly welcoming and helpful If your a swimmer to get those lengths in the pools are not for you. Beverly hills is notoriously hilly great for walking and running around. Local amenities, bars and restaurants everything you need within 5 minutes of walking."
