"Rooms a bit dated but comfortable and clean ,staff friendly and very helpful we requested a lower level room which we were given no problem there . If you have mobility problems maybe it’s not for you but there’s a taxi rank directly across the road . Many good bars and restaurants near by , my only complaint is the bar in the hotel closed at 5 o’clock so if you wanted a drink before you headed out you couldn’t get one apart from that a good budget friendly hotel . Will defo return and would be nice if the bar was open of an evening"

"Excellent stay for families We loved the hotel from start to finish staff are friendly and kind Excellent customer service the entertainment for the whole family was excellent we did daily aqua aerobics was such fun really got everyone up and having fun would love to mention - Yishast he was kind friendly and such fun brilliant with the children and getting everyone to get involved Yes as you can read from the other reviews hotel is slightly hilly but don’t let that put you off as it’s worth the climb Loved it thanks for an amazing stay"

"Absolutely horrible stay in this hotel. Night after night of screaming, shouting, and groups partying until 5am with zero intervention from staff or security. Sleep was impossible. Cigarette/drug smoke constantly. Reception could not have cared less. This hotel clearly values money over guests' health, comfort, or basic respect. The so-called security are pointless overnight , why be there when nothing is enforced. All for show. From reading previous reviews , it's clear the hotel has done nothing to improve their sevices regarding noise and smoking. The hotel without doubt favours certain nationalities , but they will deny this. Avoid unless you want a stressful, abti social ,sleepless holiday filled with cigarette and drugs smoke from youngsters partying."
