"I stayed here in July 2026 for a week with my wife and 2 teenagers and I have to be honest I would not stay here again, this is partly to do with it’s location in Los Cristianos, which is awful (see my separate review about that) but also to do with the hotel. Firstly we were half board so had breakfast and evening meal included. The restaurant is small, very small and clearly most of the guests were self-catering as it could never have coped if they all wanted to eat and in fact on one night when there were a lot of new arrivals it in fact couldn’t cope and we had to sit and wait for a table to be free. In the restaurant there is only 1 station for keeping the food hot accompanied by a salad bar, fridge and a freezer for ice cream and consequently there is quite limited choice. Breakfast wasn’t too bad with the usual bacon, fried eggs, bread, continental breakfast on offer and I was able to eat every morning no problem however my wife found it quite limited and after a couple of days purchased her own breakfast to eat in the room. The evening meal on the other hand is a different story, we found the food bland, very limited choice and sometimes not well cooked either and we ate out on a couple of occasions because we couldn’t find anything we wanted to eat in the hotel. Also drinks are not included with the evening meal, you have to pay for them whereas coffee and juice is included at breakfast. Second are the rooms, they have no air conditioning, just ceiling fans so get unbearably hot at night and I didn’t sleep well once all holiday. The mattress are thin, soft and not comfortable at all and in general did not provide a good nights sleep. The kids were on the sofa bed in the living room and they found these equally as bad. The rest of the room was ok, i.e a good shower with plenty of hot water no matter the time of day, a kitchen that was basic but functional and for a 3 star I can’t complain however there were little things that let the room down such as the wire for the ceiling fan hanging down so it just barley missed the spinning fan blades, thick dust on top of the blades, on top of the door frames, under the beds etc and the main bedroom only having a small opening window so not much air got into the room but also had no latch so had to be propped open with a water bottle. Overall the rooms was ok but didn’t help us to enjoy our stay at all. Thirdly is the location of the hotel, it’s on a main road into Los Cristianos and at night cars fly past it, their tyres screech and they keep you awake. It’s also near a police station and the sounds of sirens going past was very frequent. Next are the other guests, the place was full of drunk brits who were smoking weed and playing loud music and in general were a pain in the bum. Lastly the pool, it’s not massive but big enough and there were plenty of kids playing in it but the sunbeds are dealt with really oddly. They get collected up at night and chained together by the lifeguards and are then put back out in the morning, they are put out at 10am, not before and start being collected in at around 4pm so as people get up and leave their beds are collected and not left out for someone else to use. Never seen this before to be honest and found it odd. There are no safes in the room and you have to pay daily if you want a parasol for your sun beds or a soft plastic mattress as they are not included which is a bit cheap of the hotel if you ask me.
On a positive note the staff in reception, behind the bar and the lifeguards were all amazing, very polite and helpful and very hardworking, I cannot fault them at all, unfortunately I can fault the hotel they are working in so will not be returning"
