"Tivoli La Caleta was recommended to us by a friend and I cannot thank that friend enough. The whole stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff took care of us so well that we felt like family. Food and drink is the best quality, the cleanliness is 5 star plus. Nothing was too much for anyone of the staff and we were only here 36 hours before I already booked for next year and have also got friends and family joining us. We cannot wait to return. If you choose to stay at Tivoli La Caleta you will not be disappointed, trust me."

"As a huge fan of luxury five-star resorts, I was absolutely delighted to discover the Tivoli La Caleta and couldn’t wait to experience it for myself. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful architecture makes a great first impression. Stepping into the lobby, you are welcomed by a grand, stylish interior with a sophisticated tropical vibe. The entire property feels elegant, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. Check-in was pleasant, although not particularly personal. I arrived before the official check-in time and was able to use the gym while waiting for my room. Within just 20 minutes, I received a message confirming that my room was ready, which was a lovely touch. The room was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable, cosy, and finished with high-quality materials, it was one of the highlights of my stay, I was totally impressed! The gardens and swimming pools are equally impressive, creating a gorgeous setting for relaxing by the pool.🌴🌳🌵 The food was great! Compared with many hotel buffets I have experienced, the quality here was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner offered an excellent selection, with fresh, delicious food and a noticeably higher standard overall. I genuinely enjoyed the dining experience. Despite the many positives, there are a few areas where I believe the experience could be improved. Guest experience and personal attention: While the initial service was pleasant, I would have appreciated a little more proactive attention from the Guest Relations team. Nobody reached out during my stay to ask whether everything was satisfactory, whether I needed anything, or whether there was anything they could do to make my experience even better. In a five-star luxury resort, these small personal touches can make a real difference. Room allocation and soundproofing: Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms did not seem particularly effective. I could repeatedly hear children crying from neighbouring or opposite rooms, including at around 1:30 AM and again at 7 AM. On another occasion, I could hear a crying child from the room or balcony area directly below mine early in the morning. I completely understand that this is a family-friendly resort and that children are part of the hotel environment. However, I believe it would be worth paying closer attention to room allocation. Where possible, solo travellers and couples seeking a peaceful stay could be accommodated away from rooms occupied by families with babies or very young children. Breakfast atmosphere: Breakfast was very busy, noisy, and at times chaotic. I understand that a popular resort can get crowded, but it would be wonderful to have a quieter dining area or an alternative breakfast venue for guests who prefer a more relaxed start to the day, even if the food selection there were more limited. Gym: The gym has a lovely setting, with a separate building shared with the tennis facilities and a relaxed, chilled atmosphere. The cardio equipment is excellent, featuring the latest Technogym machines. However, the strength-training machines and some of the other equipment look dated and worn, with some items showing signs of rust. Updating this area would bring the gym more in line with the otherwise impressive standard of the resort. Pool towel service: Unfortunately, the attitude of some pool attendants was disappointing. A simple greeting, a friendly response, or a thank-you when interacting with guests should be standard in a five-star property. Some interactions felt unnecessarily rude and lacked basic courtesy. A little more attention to guest-service etiquette would make a noticeable difference. Despite these points, I genuinely loved my stay at Tivoli La Caleta. The beautiful architecture, stunning room, lush gardens, gorgeous pools, excellent food, and overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience. I would absolutely return and would happily recommend this beautiful resort. With a few improvements it could become an even more exceptional five-star experience.👌🏼👌🏼"

"This was our first stay with the Tivoli brand, having enjoyed Anantara hotels in Asia. We had a great stay overall at Tivoli La Caleta and really liked the hotel and its setting. The location is excellent for exploring the many restaurants in La Caleta. As Minor Hotels Titanium members, we enjoyed a one-category room upgrade. We normally enjoy a two-category upgrade, but the property was very busy, so this was understandable, and we appreciated the upgrade we received. Our room was a really generous size, with a great shower. Staff were very friendly throughout the property. Special shout-outs to Alexander on the front desk and Piotr, as well as Adrian on the front-door concierge team, who gave us some great recommendations for tapas. Yaima at breakfast also deserves a mention—always smiling and offering such warm, friendly service. The main area for improvement would be the food, which we felt was below expectations in several outlets. We tried the burgers in the sports bar twice and, despite requesting them medium on both occasions, they were dry. We also had dinner in the main buffet restaurant a couple of times and found the food quality disappointing. One evening was advertised as Canarian-themed, but we struggled to find much that reflected the theme. Guilty was good for lunch, particularly the Caesar salad and blue fin tuna, while SEEN was the standout, with noticeably better food quality. Service there was a little chaotic and haphazard, although we still enjoyed the meal. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great setting, spacious rooms and friendly staff. More consistent food quality would make the experience even better."
