"I wanted to leave a review because when you receive truly outstanding service, you feel the need to share it. We went to Tagoro for the Half Term holidays. As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by the fantastic aroma in the reception area. The receptionist was an Italian girl—sadly I don’t remember her name—but she was super friendly and interacted with my daughter straight away. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were even able to connect our streaming apps to the TV, which made winding down at bedtime so much easier. Now, let’s talk about the food. This was my second time in Tenerife; during my first trip to a different hotel, the food was so repetitive that I felt sorry for my daughter. Here at Tagoro, there was always something new to try, especially with the different themed evenings every night. The staff here work incredibly hard with smiles on their faces. We had the pleasure of talking with May, Maykel, and Goyo—what a great team! You can really tell they enjoy getting to know the guests and making your stay special. In the restaurant, Ana and Gimena provided outstanding service every single day. You can truly appreciate how hard they work to make you feel welcome. Tagoro has done an amazing job hiring their team; Jonathan at the bar and Christian the lifeguard were also awesome the entire time. The entertainment team was amazing too, with great activities at the pool during the day and excellent shows in the evening. To conclude, I want to say a huge thank you to the entire Tagoro team for an unforgettable holiday. We will definitely be back, and to anyone reading this: I highly recommend this place—you won't regret it!"

"We stayed at Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje on an all-inclusive basis and had a fantastic holiday. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious, comfortable rooms and great pool areas. The food was exactly what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. Our toddler absolutely loved the evening kids' disco and asked to go to the "party" every night! It was one of the highlights of the holiday for him. The disco is held indoors, although it would have been nice to see it take place outside on the stage area. The pools were great, although parents should be aware that some older children were playing quite boisterously around the baby and splash pools. This wasn't a hotel issue at all—just something to keep an eye on if you have younger children. The main reason I'm giving this hotel 5 stars is the staff. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, caring and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our holiday, which meant we had to extend our stay by a few days. The hotel helped us immediately and arranged everything we needed, which was especially appreciated as our insurance company was very slow in arranging payment. The staff regularly checked on how we were doing and even provided extra towels and bedding when we were confined to our room for several days. A special mention also goes to Louise, the Jet2 rep. We had never needed to contact travel insurance before and had no idea where to start, but she was incredibly supportive throughout. She checked in on us several times and made sure we were okay, which we really appreciated during a stressful situation. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with excellent staff who genuinely care about their guests. We would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families."
