Ramada Residences by Wyndham Tenerife Costa Adeje

"Just home from a week away to ramada. On booking this hotel i knew it was on a hill which isn't good for people with mobility issues. My issue was booking with jet2 the bus drops you down 2 hills with no staff to help customers up the hill to the resort. We had a good stay here paid for a room with sea view and got told by the receptionist we had a lovely view got to the room and our view was trees and a small mini golf no sea view. The staff in Zacharys are 100% brilliant and the food is amazing. A bit more choice would be better then people wouldn't need to eat out elsewhere. The pool area was good no sunbed fighting but people leaving towels and walking away happened every day. There is lifeguard who wouldnt let any kids play with a ball which I understand but kids want to play. Then the other lifeguard let a group of say 20 people play with a ball and they practically made everyone leave the pool. Shop on site is good which everything you need. This complex is lovely and I would stay again but having no help up to the complex from the bus drop off has put me off coming back. Room wasn't cleaned at all and the floors were dirty. Towels changed only once a week. Outside terrace was covered with ants and bird poo. The atmosphere was good nothing to noisey except the odd drunk people slamming doors at 2am waking people up. If booking this complex on a package holiday then choose a private transfer as you get help up 2 steep steep hills"

"The stay was cheap, but unfortunately it was still not worth the money. The cleanliness was clearly below an acceptable standard. Our white socks quickly turned black from walking around the apartment. We also found cockroaches around the front door, and one of the bedrooms had a strong mold-like smell. There were also several maintenance issues. The shower did not drain properly, which made using it quite unpleasant. In addition, noisy repair work started around 7 AM on weekdays, which was particularly disruptive during a holiday. The pool also had a rule prohibiting throwing a ball, which was disappointing, especially for families with children. Overall, the impression was that cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards are very low. While the price was relatively cheap, I would not consider this accommodation good value for money and would not stay here again."

"Group of 4 friends looking for some late in the year sun in Tenerife. We were so pleased with the location and rooms at the Ramada. It was away enough from the main touristy drag but not so far that the beach was still a walk downhill a way. There were 2 extremely good restaurants nearby, family run, with delicious food if you didn't feel like eating at the hotel. The reception staff were so helpful, going above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service to all our queries and issues. My friend group even talked about rebooking again next year as the whole long weekend/4 day stay was so successful."
