"Probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything you need at your doorstep, mini market inside the resort, a couple of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. 2 huge pools. 1 of them is so deep. Nice big balconies. Friendly staff. Poor bar, cheap drinks. Clean rooms, new towels and a room clean every 2 days, we loved it. The only thing I will say is the beds were really hard, didn’t have a comfortable sleep but it was nice and quiet didn’t affect my stay."

"It started with arrival at the hotel to find we couldn't get into our room until 4pm due to the previous occupants paying extra to extend their stay. We had booked this through Love Holidays but when contacting them by telephone to find out what was happening, the blasé attitude of the person I spoke to was something else! Once in the room, the standard was terrible. The shower had parts missing that only allowed the use of the hand held section. This was reported the next day but not repaired until late on our penultimate day. The electrics, especially in the bathroom were in a dangerous state. When the light to the mirror was used the front of the switch came away. The whole body of the plug pulled out when trying to unplug anything. Every dining chair in the apartment was split. Edges to the dining table were broken. The curtains were stained. No soaps or shampoos in the bathroom. The base of the shower was full of mould and the fridge hadn't been cleaned down before we arrived, the front was full of hand marks! When these things were reported to the hotel manager, her attitude was equally as poor!"
