"Arrived early on 19th September travelling as 2 couples . Was given our rooms ( next to each other ) which was good . Our room 140 was right at the end so had a whole terrace to ourselves. The room was massive and clean, the beds were hard but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. Some of the furniture in the room looks tired but nothing major .. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful especially the bar staff by the pool. The pool area is lovely especially with the views. Read some bad reviews before we went and was expecting some horrendous dirty hotel which it definitely wasn't. Seen a couple of cockroaches the whole week that was it . Food at the pool bar was lovely tried different things everyday and everything was nice ..especially the pizzas and breakfasts . Didnt mind the walk down to front ( 30 mins ) and easy to get taxi back up (6-8) euros . But we didn't wanna be doing it twice a day so can be abit annoying if you go out in day and wanna come back up get ready go back out . For that reason I wouldn't stay here again but it definitely wasn't as bad as some people say. I think some people book 3 stars and expect 5 star experience . There was a few young people pissed around the pool our first few days but didn't really bother us . For a 3 star and what we paid it was a brilliant value but if I go Adeji again I dont want to be so far away . Never got tired of the views though out of this world."

"Not one full night's sleep. Every night, inconsiderate guests screaming, singing and sprinting down the corridors at ungodly hours, music blasting through the walls, and furniture dragged across the floor above us like a game of musical chairs. We called reception. They said they "didn't understand" and hung up on us. Nobody came. Nobody cared. The A/C leaked water across our floor, leaving a slip hazard. We reported it. It was never fixed. Two days before we were due to leave, they offered us another room. Too late, pointless, and the noise is the whole hotel, not one room. In the end we booked flights home early at our own expense just to get out. I would rather have slept in the middle of the M40 in rush hour than spend another night here. Take your money anywhere else."

"These were the worst moments I have spent among all the hotels I have ever stayed at. From the first day, we were confronted with a cockroach problem in our room (a small one was running on the plates). One morning, upon waking up at 6:00 AM, a big one about 5cm long came out from under the sofa. We immediately reported the problem to the hotel, they sent someone to treat it but it didn't change anything, after the 4th day of complaining every day, one evening, I was going to sleep and a small cockroach came out of the pillow… it was 11:00 PM I went to the reception and they finally agreed to change our room for the night then told us to come back the next day to change rooms permanently while they prepared it. (Unfortunately, the problem recurred in the replacement room). Then in the last permanent room I was finally at peace for my last 3 days. Having to change rooms because of pests, then noticing exactly the same problem in the second room, is particularly disappointing and very anxiety-inducing and stressful when you just come to enjoy your vacation. So also forced to pack everything up and leave everything locked in the suitcases every day. We nevertheless tried to remain understanding and gave the hotel the opportunity to find a solution. However, the fact that the problem was present in several rooms and in the hotel in general gave us the feeling that the situation was not sufficiently under control. It is all the more a shame that the hotel has certain assets, notably its view, its location and the friendly bar staff. But for us, the repeated presence of cockroaches and the management of this situation largely outweighed the positive aspects of the stay. We sincerely hope that the establishment will take this problem seriously and implement the necessary measures so that other guests do not have the same experience. In short, if you are not afraid of sleeping with this kind of companion, the place is free."
