Panoramica Heights

"Bad bits. Down side to this hotel was dragging my suit case up the hill from the front gate as the slope is very steep and then you have stairs to climb so I would advise getting a taxi from airport as that can drop you at the top. Bad bit over. Apartments are a very good size and clean and tidy with everything you need. The on site shop has all the essentials you need and very close to pool area. The food in the pool bar is very nice and well priced. Services is excellent and staff always very helpful. The pool area is massive with plenty of sun loungers and no need for a 5 am dash. Sun loungers are stacked so you just pick one up and put it where you want. Some evening entertainment which is ok but not every night. The walk down to the town does not take long but deffo get a taxi back up. The views are amazing from this hotel both sun rise and sunset. Would I recommend this hotel yes will I return yes"

"In some ways this was a good self catering hotel complex, however its distance from the main areas along the coast made it frustratingly awkward to get to and from. We had to use taxis on the way back and sometimes on the way down. It was a half our walk minimum downhill on the way down to the beach areas in the morning. Our room was a bit dated to say the least though it was kept clean through the week. Bar type food was available to a good standard and the bar service was very good. Receptionists were helpful. What marred it a little was that some of the other guests were a bit too rowdy around the pool when children were about and discarded dog ends provided a challenge for the hard working cleaning staff that did a great job. The hillside location did not bother us too much as we knew what to expect. One annoying thing of note is that if you arrive at night, finding the way to the room is very difficult, without signage to the reception and dim lighting. We do not plan to go back."

"Really nice hotel. Very helpful friendly staff. It is quiet a bit away from town but we got a taxi to from hotel every night. Food and drinks at pool bar were great. Shop on site. Beds were comfortable, same can’t be said for the pull out couch but that’s okay. Very spacious apartment."
