"Just got back from our 6th visit to this wonderful hotel. It feels like going home 😊. As usual everything was perfect. We stayed in the star prestige area again which just gets better. It feels very special with plenty of space. The ice creams every afternoon were a lovely touch! The food in the hotel is absolutely delicious. So much choice. As usual though, what makes the hotel so fantastic is the amazing staff who just can’t do enough for you. Tiziana is the most incredible Manager. She knows every person in the hotel and greats you with a wonderful smile every day. Diana in the star prestige is absolutely amazing. She looks after everyone so well and will do everything to make your stay special. Also special thanks to the wonderful Stefano in the Pergola restaurant and the beautiful Leticia in the Mirador restaurant. We can’t wait to return next year. ❤️"

"Perfect hotel for a chilled break to relax. From arrival to the moment you leave you are completely looked after by their excellent staff. Nothing is ever a hassle and the staff go above and beyond for you. Particular shout out to Ivan and Roberto from the bar. At El Mirador you don’t need to worry about queuing for the restaurant or trying to get a sun bed. You can completely relax, the restaurant is spacious and food is great. By the pool, there are always plenty of spare sun loungers and staff waiting to set you up when you come down. You’re then handed a buzzer if you wish to order drinks or food through the day. Loads of great choices on menu. The free cocktail tasters every so often is another nice touch. We also had a lovely couples massage during our stay which was reasonably priced. The area is quieter than other nearby parts - which we much preferred - but still plenty of restaurants and a few nearby bars. If we could ask for anything else, it would be nice for them to consider a little more entertainment/music during the day eg we’ve stayed at adult hotels who have put on a dj for sunset for an hour or two with wine tasting or cocktails. A good way for guests to mix and come to the bar together. There could probably be more during the day in terms of activities, exercises, yoga etc. The evening entertainment was ok… but not many guests go down for it and quality was mixed which affected atmosphere. Probably a sign they should explore different options to address this. All in, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, luxury visit then El Mirador will tick most of your boxes"

"Wow what an amazing hotel. First time we have visited & I definitely recommend it & will return. We were in a junior suite which was a beautiful room so big with a huge bed, walk in wardrobe & a seating area & outside two sun beds on the balcony. The staff were amazing so friendly & couldn’t do enough for you, they made the holiday more special.We stayed bed & breakfast there was so much choice & so delicious. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday with luxury this is the place."
