"Just returned from one our very best holidays. A party of five sisters in our fifties on our annual girls only holiday. Our main criteria of all inclusive, air conditioning, good food and pool inflatables allowed, brought us to this hotel. From a very late check in with the lovely Aridia, whose patience and kindness was very much appreciated after a long journey. Also the lovely glass of chilled sparkling rose, which helped with the recovery from the hike up a steepish hill to the hotel from the drop off point. I’d suggest a private transfer or taxi/ uber if you feel you’d struggle with an incline, and you’ll arrive at the gates with no cardio input! A late buffet supper was available and very much appreciated after we’d miss dinner. The food at this hotel is amazing. In both choice and quality. There is something for everyone. The desserts were especially delicious. Drinks are also amazing with some named spirits and cocktails available. The bottled wines were also easy drinking and readily available, with chilled bottles of cava and orange juice and rose on the bar to help yourself. The main pool is heated and 1.5m deep, there is a smaller stepped pool and a kiddies pool too. The usual game of get up early for a lounger is, unfortunately, very much in play here. There is a lower patio area with lots of seating. A pool snack bar serving chips, burgers, hotdogs, onion rings, salad. And pastries in the afternoon. There are self serve drink machines for water (sparkling & still) coke, sprite, Fanta, etc and non alcoholic larger. There is a bar on the main level and another on the pool level. With evening entertainment at both venues. We only went to the main stage and saw a fantastic show from the entertainment team; The greatest show; great energy, singing and costumes. We also saw a Motown quartet, they were brilliant, an ABBA tribute band which played live and sang, very good. And a Freddie Mercury tribute who was entertaining 😉. There are fitness, crafting and activities throughout the day and the entertainment team work very hard to ensure everyone has a great holiday. We took part in the Yoga, Pilates, Aqua fit, etc classes, Some glass painting and making our own fused glass pendants…… plenty to keep active and entertained. A special thank you to Alba, Szymore, Leanne & Saul for making our holiday such fun. Especially Szymore’s aqua fit class where we bashed the noodles into the water to get out any frustrations, great fun to watch and take part! Whilst this hotel may have a few areas that do need a little more polish, it is still very clean and well maintained. Their commitment to the environment also stood out; from the use of reusable plastic cups in the pool area. A carafe and glasses in each room with chilled filter water machines on all floors to provide water to everyone without the need for plastic bottles. Sustainability derived fish and local produce. This hotel shines because of its staff, everyone from the reception, entertainment, bars, kitchen, cleaning staff and housekeepers are the true ambassadors. We spoke to many returnee guests who were hugged and greeted like family by the staff. We’re already planning our return……"

"This is a review from a 48-year-old Scottish guy and a 44-year-old Northern Irish girl who had never visited this hotel before. Hopefully it helps anyone considering booking. 🏨 The Hotel – 8/10 Lovely hotel in a good location, with genuinely friendly staff. Everyone we came across was welcoming, helpful and usually had a smile on their face. The main downside is that some areas are definitely showing their age. We understand the hotel is currently going through renovations, so hopefully some of these things will improve as the work progresses. ❄️ Air Conditioning – 1/10 This really needs improvement. When we were there, temperatures were around 29°C, and the air conditioning wasn't great in the rooms, reception, front bar or restaurant. The restaurant in particular could become very uncomfortable when you're trying to eat in that heat. Better air conditioning throughout the hotel would make a massive difference. 🛏️ Our Room – 7/10 When we first walked into the room, my partner wasn't overly impressed. It looks like the hotel is currently renovating its rooms, and unfortunately we were allocated one of the older, non-renovated rooms. That said, it was clean, cleaned every day, and was a decent size. We had a lovely pool view, the shower was good, the fridge was a decent size and there were enough plug sockets for all our gadgets. It was just very dated compared with some of the newer rooms we've seen advertised. 🍽️ Food & Drink – 8/10 Pretty much what you'd expect from an all-inclusive hotel, but we were happy with it. We found something we liked every time we went into the restaurant, and there was enough variety that we never felt stuck for something to eat. The restaurant was clean, the staff were quick at clearing tables, and we never had any problem finding a table. 🎤 Entertainment – 9/10 Most of the entertainment was genuinely excellent. ABBA, Motown, Michael Jackson and the karaoke nights were all great and really enjoyable. As for the Queen tribute... let's just say I couldn't even sum up what we saw or heard. 😂 But overall, the entertainment was definitely one of the highlights for us. 📸 Photo Staff – 3/10 This is probably the one area where we felt a little uncomfortable. The photographers regularly approach you around the pool while you're trying to relax. We understand it's their job and appreciate they're only trying to sell photographs, but even after saying no, they can be quite persistent. When you're lying around the pool in swimwear, with wet hair and no makeup, it's probably not the best time to be approached for photographs! Personally, we'd suggest keeping the photo selling mainly to the evenings, when people are dressed up and perhaps more interested in having photos taken. ⭐ Overall We enjoyed our first visit to the hotel and would say that the friendly staff, location, food and entertainment were all positives. The biggest things that let it down for us were the poor air conditioning and the dated room — although we appreciate renovations are currently taking place. If the hotel gets the remaining rooms renovated and improves the air conditioning, we'd expect it to be a very different experience. Overall: 7/10"

"From start to finish this hotel was amazing. Check in process was smooth and easy, it was great that we were offered a welcome drink. When we arrived we were upgraded, our room was perfectly located. Our balcony was very spacious and was lovely looking out over the pool. The room itself was very clean, lots of storage space, we could not fault the room at all! The food was immaculate, so much choice and themed nights every night. I was so pleased with the food and drinks at this hotel. The drinks were great, very generous and premium spirits, you definitely get what you pay for. The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere. There is lots going on around the hotel, it is in a fabulous location! Also very close to the airport which is helpful to know for people travelling! I would definitely come back to the hotel, everything was 10/10. It was always clean, the staff were so kind and friendly, always attentive and always busy, they work so hard! There is lots to do in the hotel as well, the evening entertainment was very good on the days we watched it. The only thing that could do with a bit of improvement was the snack bar, we felt there was very very little choice and some of the food was left out for a while with dirty plates but otherwise everything else was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, it was very reasonably priced and I would definitely return. Thank you for having us!"
