H10 Gran Tinerfe

"We stayed at the H10 for a week in late October for our mini-moon, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and check-in process were excellent, with a glass of cava on arrival setting the tone perfectly. We were also genuinely touched to receive an upgrade to a garden beachfront room. The extra special touches, including rose petals and a bottle of cava on ice, made our stay feel even more memorable and personal. We stayed on a half-board basis and considered upgrading to all-inclusive. However, the wristband system makes it easy to grab drinks as and when you want them, and this worked better than we had initially expected. The food was outstanding — genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. The pool areas are also lovely, with two heated pools and a lower pool that is not heated, offering plenty of choice for relaxing in the sunshine. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the standards of cleanliness were consistently very high. The staff deserve particular credit for making us feel so welcome and well looked after. If we had one criticism, it would be the evening entertainment, which starts a little too late for our liking and seems geared towards an older clientele. A slightly earlier start and a more varied programme would make the experience even better. Would we stay again? Absolutely! We had a wonderful mini-moon, felt genuinely looked after, and would happily return. The H10 certainly helped make our first holiday as a married couple extra special."

"I had mixed feelings about this hotel. There's a lot to like, and a few things that let it down. The good: The location is excellent. It's close enough to both Las Américas/Los Cristianos and La Caleta that we could enjoy lovely walks in the morning or after dinner. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The all-inclusive buffet was standard but varied, with themed evenings, so there was always something to suit. The drinks were good too. The not-so-good: For a 4-star, some of the policies felt dated. Pool towels required a deposit, and there was a charge each time you swapped them. The all-inclusive wristband was cut off if you stayed out past checkout time, though on arrival day late arrivals received a lunch voucher, which seemed inconsistent. Wi-Fi stopped working once you checked out of your room, and the in-room fridge wasn't restocked despite being all-inclusive."

"Once again we had a most enjoyable stay at H10 Gran Tinerfe. We had a beautiful room on the 9th floor, with excellent views of the resort, including the mountains and swimming pool area. We were greeted in the room with a bottle of Cava and also given chocolates and vouchers for complimentary cocktails, which was a really nice gesture and much appreciated. 👏 The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very friendly and cheerful. A big thank you to Marina and all the staff throughout the hotel, from reception, to dining room, to household and the animation team, who were all so helpful and friendly and contributed greatly to making our stay so enjoyable. The sea front hotel is in an excellent location, with access to fantastic walks along the left and right of the hotel. Finally, I wish to commend the varied and enjoyable night time entertainment, which was an excellent end to an enjoyable day. Having stayed in this hotel many times, we are already looking forward to our next visit 😀"
