"Very disappointed. If you can’t say something good don’t say anything at all. So I’m not saying anything. Other than don’t expect too much. The eggs were ok The entertainment is very poor and that being generous. Really not four star. Perhaps two star would be more like it. Check in at 2 o’clock. We got our room at 3:30."

"This is a large hotel in a good area of Costa Adeje. The Canarian Village layout and grounds are lovely. We had an Apartment and although slightly dated, this wasn't a problem as the room was large, clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were always provided if required. The room had A/C and a free to use safe. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and was only available in public areas (like pool or reception). Staff were always courteous and pleasant, which made for a nice atmosphere. We only ate here at breakfast, which was OK but nothing spectacular. It's nice to sit outside at breakfast. I e-mailed the hotel a few times before our stay (to enquire about board upgrade options and to request a room on a high floor) and was disappointed to not get a reply. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay again."
