"Wonderful stay with my husband and two children aged 9 and 12. We haven’t been to a 4 star hotel before (usually stay 3*+) and enjoyed having our suitcases taken to our room when we arrived and the availability of pool towels so we could take our own dry towels down to the beach after a morning at the pool with the hotel towels. We also enjoyed the perk of having fresh juices blended and freshly made milkshakes at breakfast. We felt the hot breakfast wasn’t that tasty but there was so much choice you could have had a different breakfast each day. We enjoyed two different pool inflatable courses/ slides and the water carpet. Even my husband has a go on the water carpet. All the staff were extremely helpful when approached although we did have a few communication struggles at the towel hut and the smoothie station but that’s all part of the fun! Our room was very clean and felt more spacious than I was expecting. Our room, 206 had sun for the majority of the day which was great as the pool area was a little shaded. We were lucky enough to get sun beds in the sun two days running over the weekend. We also had a great view of the entertainment area from our balcony. We enjoyed music from the balcony and also ventured down to the pool on a few evenings. Overall a great holiday, no complaints and would happily return."

"Loved this hotel staff are so polite and friendly rooms are spotless and so much to do near by. I would say this hotel is more for people aged 35+ or people with kids but still couldn’t fault it had the best holiday and felt so comfortable here. Will definitely be booking again next year! The food is good although I am a very fussy eater so a lot of people would probably say it’s great. Only thing is I would say half of the main pool is in the shade a lot of the time. So near to restaurants and the beach and just so much to do here never been so sad to come home from a holiday before"

"We stayed at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel as a family and overall had a lovely experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite — always willing to help with a smile. The restaurant offered a nice variety of food, so everyone could find something they liked. The quality was good and meals were enjoyable. However, we felt the hotel could use some improvement when it comes to daytime activities and entertainment. The music especially could be better — there was only English mellow music playing, which didn’t really match the vibrant atmosphere you’d expect in Spain. A bit of Spanish or more energetic music would definitely bring more life and local vibe to the place. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back once those small updates are made. It’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing holiday"
