A grown-up Tenerife escape

Set in Buenavista del Norte on Tenerife’s wild northwest coast, this hotel’s a brilliant pick if you like your holidays a little more tucked away. Concealed on the north west of Tenerife, Buenavista provides a holiday full of natural beauty, rocky panoramas and black sand covered beaches. Renowned for its colourful houses, this is an authentic town unlike busier resorts elsewhere on the island. The secluded nature of the region means you can revel in an unblemished resort that is welcoming and packed with fascinating features. Take a walk along the coast and you’ll witness a volcanic landscape which provides rockpools to explore and see settlements mounted on the site of previous eruptions. It’s a dramatic landscape. There’s expanses of greenery to examine and then there’s the North Atlantic on your horizon. Golfers are also catered for with the Buenavista Golf complex, designed by Seve Ballesteros.
