"Just back from a 4 night stay in a standard double room. The hotel was very clean and our room was larger than we were expecting. Complimentary toiletries were good. There is a kettle and some teabags but no milk or coffee which we would have liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good base for exploring, with a tram stop nearby, taxi rank opposite and approximately 20 - 30 mins walk into the old city area to the attractions. We were out most of the time exploring and eating in the city but we did use the hotel bar/cafe on the ground floor for drinks and pizza. The covered outside terrace was pleasant too, as despite the busy road on one side, it also overlooked a park."

"We've stayed here a couple of times now and everything has always been wonderful, great location, great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately this time the staff really let the place down We came for a half term, mid week break, 4 nights. The final 2 nights that we stayed, we saw a shift of attitude from the staff in the bar on the ground floor. No smiles that we'd had before, offish, everything seemed too much trouble, a stark contrast to our previous experience A pair of couples tried to order a drink at 11.50pm to be told no, the bar doesn't close until 12.00am My husband was told to use the other door, he had to remind them that we were actually paying guests Disappointing experience, its not a cheap hotel, we'd actually come for our anniversary. We'll seriously consider if we return as there are many beautiful hotels in Seville that perhaps we could expect to receive a warmer welcome!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here - had everything we could ask for. We ate here a couple of times as well and found the food excellent. Our room was fantastic as we had a corner room on the twelfth floor - loads of space, clean and nicely furnished. We walked everywhere from this location, so would say it is well situated. The pool/bar area is really nice. If I was to offer constructive criticism then our first impression was not helped by the grumpy concierge on duty when we checked in. That said, all the rest of the staff were pleasant enough. It was around 32C when we visited and we couldn't get the air con to cool us down enough. The fridge in the room appeared never to be cold - pretty sure it went off every time you removed the key card from the holder. And no, wasn't that fussed that I reported any of these."
