Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana

"We had a wonderful four-night stay at Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana. What impressed us most was the genuine kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every time my wife and I returned to the hotel, the reception team greeted us warmly. These small but consistent gestures made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. One particular moment deserves a special mention. At around 1:20 a.m., I called reception after we had finished the two beers from our minibar and asked whether it would be possible to get two more. Despite the late hour, the gentleman with glasses at reception personally brought them up to our room. It was a small gesture, but it showed the level of hospitality and willingness to help that we experienced here. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Our room was cleaned very thoroughly and with impressive attention to detail. I even noticed a member of the housekeeping team spraying a pleasant scent onto the mop before making a final pass over the floor. The housekeeping staff were also always polite and courteous whenever we met them in the corridors. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with a good variety of both sweet and savoury choices, including pastries, cakes, eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds. The breakfast staff were always friendly and polite. We also loved the thoughtful refreshments available near reception. The lemon-infused water was especially welcome after walking around Seville, and there were also croissants and a coffee machine serving very good coffee made from freshly ground beans later in the morning. The location is excellent. Many of Seville’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance, so we rarely needed transport. Our room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bathroom and shower were in good condition. The hotel itself also has plenty of character, with its beautiful façade, balconies and elegant interior with columns, marble flooring, flowers and comfortable seating. A heartfelt thank you to the reception, housekeeping and breakfast teams. The hotel and location are excellent, but it was the everyday kindness and attention of the people working here that made our stay particularly memorable. We would happily return."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana. It was wonderful having bunk beds for the kids. It gave them the opportunity to sleep in their own bed for a few nights while on vacations. We would stay here again the next time we are in Seville or any city with a Petit Palace. "
