Melia Sevilla

"My wife and I were here on a 2-week guided tour. This is the fourth time we've been in Spain, and second tour. Seville had been one of our favorite cities. The Melia Hotel: Good-sized room, 2 desktops, large enough space for 2 suitcases that can be reached in the bathroom. It has a shower and a separate bathtub! Hot water heater with tea and coffee supplied and the usual complementary 2 bottles of water. The TV is even nicely centered in front of the bed, unlike one of the hotels we had on this tour, that was a small TV and way off to the side. The only drawbacks to this hotel is figuring out which switches control what! I know what you're asking: Is it really that hard? Well... yes, and we still hadn't figured it out even though we were here 2 nights, so we flipped on/off all the switches. The other one is having an electrical outlet near the bed hidden near the floor with the end table covering it, so you had to look around whereas if it was higher than the end table, it is much simpler. Aside from that, the hotel seems pretty good and like I said - best on this tour. There was quite a lot of variety at the breakfast buffet. Service people very polite and spoke English to us - unlike some of the other hotels where they did not speak English or simply grunted at you!"

"Very good experience. I have been here for work and I must highlight the excellent service,… in my opinion a benchmark in Seville. Ask for Estrella (the Level), Patricia or Andrea, they will make your stay pleasant and one you will remember. The cuisine is highly recommended (Adil the chef is a benchmark). The location is unbeatable. The only “but” is the gym which is under construction."
