"Modern hotel located walking distance from Seville's main train station, and about 15 min to the old town centre. Had booked a twin room with 2 beds, request was ignored, so had to go back down to reception with our luggage to get the correct room. Waste of time. Room itself was small and modern, but bathroom had some damage and small bathtub/shower, so quite tight to shower. Air conditionning control was old fashion dial and not sure was working fine. One of the bed mattresses was making some very annoying squearking noise. Communal areas (room floors) are not that nice, damaged carpets etc. Breakfast buffet was impressive, plenty of choices. Didn't use the swimming pool (October) and not sure water is heated anyway. Not sure we would go back to that hotel."

"The hospitality of the staff was incredible! We arrived very early, so we asked if we could leave our bags at the hotel before returning for check-in, and they were very helpful! The room was much bigger than it looked in the photographs and we were overwhelmed by the Rituals products we had available. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded expectations, even if we only used it for sleeping and not to enjoy the services, the location was 10/10, with El Corte Ingles at the door, a Plaza, tram, and several bus stops nearby, and the many restaurants nearby helped make our experience very good."

"Excellent hotel for its location, close to the AVE station, with a tram stop next to it that gives you an excellent option to stroll to the center of Seville and above all for the human quality of the service; they make you feel at home. Recommended without a doubt"
