Hotel Giralda Center

"I booked this hotel based on the ratings on this site. This is a modern well appointed hotel with a friendly staff. There are many nearby restaurants. It is also a close to Plaza De Espana and other sites."

"Very good hotel, large rooms. About 10-15min walk to Royal Alcazar. Buffet breakfast is a bit pricey though. One disappointment was, on our departure day, we had to check out early for a 0630 flight to Lisbon, and we asked for a To-Go breakfast bag. We checked off items on a sheet provided, and the value was not even close to the daily US$25 breakfast fee, and on top of that, we did not get some of the correct items that we checked off. If they were going to just pick out what they felt like, why bother asking us to check off what we wanted?"

"The room was a good size, clean, and in a great location close to the main sights. Staff were polite and helpful. I requested a room with a walk-in shower and was given an accessible room instead, which was a bit strange. There was no complimentary water, and amenities were extremely limited — no slippers or small touches you’d expect at this price point. I also requested an iron and ironing board and was told I could only use it for one hour before leaving it outside my room door, which felt inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is modern and well located, the service and amenities don’t justify the price."
