Holiday Rentals Tempa Museo

"We spent 1 day in Seville and stayed at Holiday Rentals Tempa Museo. It is a small central courtyard with several apartments spread over 3 floors. Our accommodation had a living-dining room next to a kitchen very well equipped with everything necessary, with a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooktop, among others. The main bedroom was fine and the secondary one as well, the bathroom modern. It also has a small common pool on the top floor terrace to cool off on summer days. When we went, the water jets were not working. ‼️If you come by car, I recommend getting a parking space that the apartment offers for about $20 per day ‼️"

"Our experience in this apartment was very disappointing. Upon our arrival, after 12:00 AM following a long flight, we verified that the accommodation was not in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. First, we found a cockroach and, subsequently, numerous small insects that were moving and jumping between the different rooms of the apartment. The attention received from the managers was also not satisfactory. Regarding the reported incident, the only solution they offered us was to spray the rooms with an insecticide, without providing an adequate alternative or assessing the seriousness of the situation. Given that the accommodation conditions were incompatible with a stay under minimum sanitary conditions, we informed you that we were forced to leave it. At that moment, they expressly committed to refunding the amount paid the following day, a commitment that, as of today, remains unfulfilled. As a consequence of this situation, we were forced to look for other accommodation around one in the morning, with the resulting damage, both financial and personal, after an already exhausting trip."

"The photos do not correspond to reality. Quite deteriorated and, above all, lacking hygiene. While in the apartment, cockroaches and other insects appeared, and their response was that there was a spray under the faucet. I do not recommend it at all!!!!!"
