"Excellent location, price, room, cleanliness, staff, value for money and WiFi. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Kettle broke and kept trippong the electrics but this was no problem. A man came to look at it and then took the kettle away. He brouhht a different kettle to us within 20 mins. Lady at the desk helped us organise taxis. We will happily return. Hopefully the pool area and pool will be refurbished soon. It is a shame that the ladders and pool area are so tired and broken. However, this did not stop us from having a great time, hence still a 5* review."

"This place really has it all for the weary traveller. Located only 10 minutes from the bus station, it is within easy walking distance of all the typical points of interest. Local restaurants, as well as those geared to a fast food diet are abundant and close. Our room, like the others, was really an apartment with separate dining, sleeping, bathroom and lounge areas. It was spacious, the kitchen was excellent, fridge, stove, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. I had caught a cold so I was happy to be able to recover with the big-screen smart tv with Netflix at our disposal. Although not ridiculously pricy, the place was very modern, clean and did I mention, spacey. The staff was very quick to manage each and every request and did so with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly repeat."

"The apartments left a lot to be desired. Overall, the staff service, room maintenance, and general experience were very poor. We arrived late at night, and the person who received us basically started by listing a long set of rules and warning us that we would be charged for almost everything and anything. The tone was also very strict about not making noise, keeping everything spotless, and very sarcastic whenever we had a question. They were extremely demanding firsthand about what we could and could not do, and even warned us that if we left anything slightly dirty, they could charge us the $200 deposit. However, the apartment itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was clogged, there was leaking water, and the maintenance person did not arrive on the next day. The apartment was very dirty. We asked for someone to clean it because it was clearly not clean, and they sent someone who only wiped a cloth over some surfaces, which actually showed how much dust there was, but nothing was properly cleaned. It was a very superficial cleaning. This was not a welcoming way to receive guests, much less a family. We came as a family to enjoy Seville, and instead we were treated very badly. At the same time, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were terrible. This is not the right way to receive a family, especially when the apartment itself is not in optimal condition and is not even properly clean. They were very good at demanding but very bad at delivering. The only good thing about the place is the location."
