"What a beautiful hotel, much more than I was expecting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and you can ask for an omelette/scrambled eggs..... to be made specially. The location was great as all the main sights are within walking distance and loads of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Bodeguita la parihuela. There is a rooftop bar with great views, especially of the Cathedral/Giralda. It is open Thursday-Sunday but it is a shame it is not open all week as it is a great place for a final nightcap. The rooms are beautiful and I so wanted to give this hotel 5* BUT sleep was a big problem. There were vibration/mechanical/electric (???) noises through the night and day, some were small and didn't last long but a couple of others that were loud and went on for a long time. The worst offended was coming from the pool area which was just outside my window which could be on in the night and often the afternoon when I got back from a full day of walking in the bright sunshine and heat and wanted to close my eyes for 30 minutes and hopefully a quick sleep. I would still highly recommend this hotel, just ask on booking for a room that doesn't overlook the pool."

"Arrived and the room was an inside room, not acceptable for 7 night stay. Couldn’t change that evening, too late. Next day given a room over looking the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast room staff were good. The best member of staff that we had dealings with was “Lidia” at the front desk. She was so helpful, professional and answered all our questions. If you want a great Italian meal she recommends San Marco just a 3 minute walk from hotel - it was delicious. Thank you Lidia."

"I would not consider this hotel a 4 stars. 1. The terrace is open just from Wednesday to Sunday. 2. In the room 101 you can hear everything, impossible to sleep. Same in some other rooms. 3. We asked for a specific invoice and they sent it wrong. 4. The staff is so slow! Nice but slow. Prices are high and the service is not as it should be."
