"Positive: Hotel with excellent location and great staff during the day, does not have a mini-fridge in the room and breakfast only starts at 8:30 am. The bathroom box is very small and slippery inside a bathtub. There is nowhere to hold. Advice for elderly people Very dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Such a disappointing experience, the room was very dated and the door didn't feel secure, I had to put a chair against it. It also really smelt of drains and was quite difficult to sleep with. The bathroom was also dirty with towels just stacked on the floor when we arrived and the shower was hand held with a very small jet of water."

I had to request cancellation for a sensitive reason (the cancellation of transport after the current rail accident and the orange rain alert), expecting at least a minimum of empathy and understanding.
